What registration collects
We request your name, email, optional phone number, selected sessions, membership purchase, participation waiver acceptance, and a separate photo-consent choice. Booking and payment status are stored so the society can manage attendance, payments, and membership eligibility.
Payments and confirmations
Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted Checkout. This site stores Stripe payment references and payment status, not your card number. Confirmation and sign-in emails are sent through the configured transactional email provider.
Consent
Participation waiver acceptance is required to register. Photo consent is optional and recorded separately. Declining photography does not change your registration price or eligibility. Contact the society if you would like to change that choice.
Access to your booking
Booking links and email sign-in links are private. Anyone with a valid link may view the booking information it grants access to. Please keep these links secure. Staff access requires a separate sign-in.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential cookies for staff sign-in and verified member access. This build does not include advertising trackers or visitor analytics.
Questions, corrections, or deletion
Contact the society about your personal information, a consent change, or a deletion request. Some payment and accounting records may need to be retained. The society must confirm its retention policy and responsible contact before launch.
